Great location, walking distance to Kushida Shrine, Anpanman museum, and Kawabata shopping arcade! Seven eleven is one minute away. Restaurants nearby! Delicious breakfast!!! it worth every penny! I enjoyed it a lot! (but not to my picky eater 3 years old tho) They have their own parking lot right down the hotel. 3 parking lots available, first come first get. We stayed two nights but I couldn’t get a parking spot at the day we checked in, but I got to park there next day around 1100 and left the car there until next day we checked out! I only paid 2000¥, staff told us they have a deal for guests who stay more than one night, if you don’t move your car you only need to pay 2000¥ per stay! very recommend for people who drive to Fukuoka and want to explore the city by walking or take train. 24 hours soft drink bar at hotel restaurant. They have a shampoo bar, they offer different kinds of shampoos next to elevator, you can pick whichever you like to try it out. beds are very comfortable!! room was very clean.

Location - the hotel is situated between Hakata City/Train station and Tenjin shopping district. Walking distance to both location is less than 20 mins and the walk is very pleasantly crossing bridges and canals. Also it’s only about 8 mins walk to Canal City. along the way there are lots of small eateries. There is no short of small eating joints, and street shopping convenient stores. There are lots of taxis plying along the street in front of the hotel. We could get a taxi within seconds. Rooms - A bit small and I could have booked a slightly bigger room. Breakfast - Love the Japanese style breakfast. For 2000 yen, it was worth every cent. it was extremely delicious and I could curate my own Chirashi bowl. Amenities - Standard toiletries provided bit we could pick different types of shampoo and conditioner from the lobby. Free flow of coffee tea and juices throughout the day was a plus.

We liked the wide variety of food for the complimentary breakfast, the central location of the hotel and easy access from the closest subway (the one underneath Don Quijote) The staff were kind and helpful too. She was considerate to offer either Japanese or English guides. We opted for English. Although her verbal explanation was in Japanese, we understood the gist of it. We liked our 7th floor room facing the canal side. The room was clean and neat. It was on the small side, but the semi-double bed was spacious enough. The free amenities included were alright. I was able to reserve the hotel via Booking.com for a discounted price, so we were happy with the value for money.

Nice and helpful staff. We didn't know it was impossible to book a taxi in advance (and Uber didn't work either), not sure if it was because of the weather or the local system, although the front desk kindly tried to make a few phone calls. We were lucky to grab one on the street in the end, but would advise people thinking about going to the airport with heavy luggage to try to arrange ahead. Location wise it's closer to Nakasu-Kawabata Station on foot, but we were directed by google maps to Kushida Shrine Station several times. Would recommend people to set Nakasu-Kawabata Station as their destination if they want to minimize their time walking on the ground.

I like the location. It’s not a long walk to the metro stations and a comfortable walk to get to the shopping areas. Do not be turned off that the hotel is said to be in the red light district as the area is not seedy at all. The hotel faces the river and is generally a quiet area. Another thing I liked is that the hotel provides free drinks 24/7 such as coffee, tea, juice, water, etc all you have to do is go down to the dining area and avail of these. They also have a rice bowl with fish (local dish) that they serve for free in the evenings, limited time only but really good, comfort food 😋
